Job Summary:
Caesars Entertainment is looking for a highly skilled ACD with a background in Graphic Design & Art Direction to work exclusively on our digital betting and gaming products. Our ideal candidate is an individual with a passion for data-driven creative, critical thinking, and over-communication. We want a juggler, a delegator, a fast-paced learner, and a leader who enjoys listening & teaching just as much as creating. It'll be your daily mission to keep the clients on brand and drill down on strategy while making sure they (and your team) are happy. Ultimately, this is an opportunity that demands a confident individual who can provide best-in-class creative solutions across multiple platforms.
Creative/Hands-on Work (60%):
- Support the Client, Creative Director & ECD with the development of concepts, strategies, and client presentations.
- Own projects from start to finish.
- Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects.
- Share responsibility with planning to shape strategic branding.
- Be part of the leading team that makes The Source thrive: buzzing, happy, innovative, dedicated, and inspired.
Management (40%):
- Work with Team Members to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns.
- Manage workloads to maximize productivity of the team, ensuring that everyone is busy.
- Work closely with your creative director and account executives to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Mentor Team Members and help them achieve agency creative standards.
- Conduct monthly 1-on-1s with Team Members to create short- and long-term goals and measure progress towards those goals.
- Address and document any performance issues.
- Approve all production jobs before they are sent to the client.
- Welcome new team members to your group and get them up-to-speed and familiar with all our processes and procedures, which include but are not limited to:
- Making sure they have the tools they need.
- Making sure they receive their I.D. and parking pass.
- Making sure their computer is ready for them with the proper software.
- Introducing them to their fellow team members.
Qualifications:
- A portfolio of amazing work.
- 10+ years’ agency/design experience.
- BA degree (Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field preferred).
- A proven track record of creative ability and judgment.
- Proven track record of commitment to go the extra mile in time and effort to produce the very best work.
