River Edge offers outpatient services at our Emery Highway-Macon, Monroe County and Baldwin County locations, including behavioral health, nursing, psychiatric assessment, stabilization, medication maintenance, and crisis intervention services.

Marketing and Communication Manager

River Edge Behavioral Health (REBH) is seeking a Marketing and Communication Manager to coordinate marketing and communications efforts for the organization and its affiliates across all applicable channels. This position operates as a one-person office and reports to a C-level Executive.

The Marketing and Communication Manager will plan and execute an integrated communication strategy to enhance REBH's brand and raise awareness of programs, departments, and accomplishments among internal and external audiences. Responsibilities include:

• Developing an annual communications and marketing plan to boost REBH's brand visibility.
• Publishing timely press releases on social media platforms and creating printed materials such as flyers, brochures, and newsletters.
• Managing ad placements and overseeing social media campaigns.
• Managing the River Edge website.
• Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Having experience in photography and video.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design, public relations, or a related field.
• Experience with desktop publishing software such as Canva, MS Publisher, Adobe InDesign, or similar tools.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in communication and marketing roles.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to pass an extensive background check; references will be checked.
