Our client, a leader in the beauty industry, is looking for a Community Manager to join their team and support the Professional Products Division, focusing on social content creation, community engagement, and social platform management for three exciting beauty brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage & Manage:
    • Be the primary manager of Sprinklr, our community management platform, allocating cases to the appropriate parties.
    • Respond to social media interactions with a keen eye for tone, detail, and brand voice across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
    • Monitor consumer sentiment and ensure high satisfaction rates by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ideate, copywrite, and create Instagram content, including stories and graphics using brand templates.
  • Source and engage with user-generated content (UGC).
  • Plan and promote Instagram Live sessions, working with creators and influencers.
  • Support larger campaigns by contributing to trend reports, strategy sessions, and content planning.
  • Track performance KPIs using tools like Sprinklr and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Research new social media creators, platforms, and trends, ensuring the brands stay ahead of the curve.
  • Create recap reports on campaigns to inform future strategies.
  • Stay Engaged:
    • Attend brand and team meetings to remain aligned with social strategies and best practices.
    • Monitor and report on emerging trends and social media innovations.
    • Participate in trainings and continuously develop your expertise in social media.

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Manage the Sprinklr Account for the brand and allocate the cases to the appropriate party.
  • Ideate and copywrite Instagram content.
  • Engage with and source UGC daily.
  • Become fluent in tone of voice.
  • Have a sharp attention to detail, spelling, and editing.
  • Create Instagram stories and graphics using brand templates.
  • Plan and promote Instagram Live sessions.
  • Create recap reports on social campaigns.
  • Work with the larger digital team to ensure all social campaigns are inputted into Traackr.
  • Support Digital through trend reports across social platforms (META, TikTok, Pinterest, etc).
  • Attend all digital meetings and act as the note taker for the team.
  • Proactively research new creators that fit the brand.
  • Alert critical customer complaints to internal Brand teams and assist with problem-solving.
  • Provide social content and engagement recommendations based on consumer feedback and trends.
  • Stay up to date on new social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Live in the social ecosystem, stay on top of emerging trends in the landscape.
  • Follow Brand provided social FAQ documents for launches and key social moments.
  • Able to compose custom responses that clearly address the issue in a way that is understandable by the consumer.
  • Support Digital lead on additional social media-related requests.
  • Maintain 100% Reply Rate and established Response Time goals across social channels.
  • Maintain consumer satisfaction and sentiment scores as established by the group.
  • Monitor personal social KPIs using Sprinklr.
  • Offer schedule flexibility to support the needs of the business, including weekends.
  • Meet established quality standards in all contacts across all channels.
  • Recognize opportunities for improvement in our policies or processes and lead initiatives to reduce disruptions in service or detract from customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional writing skills with a knack for brand tone and storytelling.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, Sprinklr, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
  • Passion for beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
