Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who’s more than just a creative — someone who can transform complex, often dry content into engaging, story-driven visuals that captivate and inform. This role requires a unique combination of storytelling skills, design excellence, and strategic communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Turn complexity into clarity: Take intricate insurance-related topics and translate them into visually compelling presentations, infographics, and digital content that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Design with purpose: Create visual narratives that elevate the message and keep viewers engaged, even when the subject matter isn’t inherently exciting.
- Communicate effectively: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the "why" behind the content and shape it into a narrative that connects on both rational and emotional levels.
- Own the story: Build presentations that feel less like a deck of slides and more like a compelling journey — with a clear flow, smart visuals, and intuitive design choices.
- Bridge the gap: Use design as a communication tool to explain insurance concepts in a way that’s accessible without being watered down. Know when to simplify — and when not to.
What You Bring:
- A strong design portfolio that shows both storytelling and technical ability across presentation design, infographics, and brand-aligned visual content.
- A sharp mind and a strategic approach to communication — you're not just a visual thinker, you're a problem solver.
- The ability to understand complex business or insurance concepts and express them visually and verbally in ways that are engaging and clear to a non-expert audience.
- Great instincts for visual hierarchy, information flow, and audience engagement.
- Confidence to push creative boundaries while staying aligned with brand and business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) PowerPoint and other design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with branding strategies and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
