Job Responsibilities:
- Team collaboration: Responsible for guiding assigned creative team from concept to execution of the design and development of 360 campaigns, including imagery/illustration, video, paid media, in-store signage, product content, website and email content and design, packaging, trade shows and more, all upholding brand standards/guidelines.
- Drive creative process: Drive the creative process from product launch, concept through pre-production; constantly motivating designers and writers to consistently achieve high design standards. Work within budget for assigned production needs including photographers, models, wardrobe, stylists and product styling for all photo shoots.
- Manage: Ensure team understands assigned consumer segment and the variables to reach her by channel. Responsible for team's time, resource needs and performance reviews. This includes ongoing touch bases and yearly review evaluations.
- Contribute to expansion: Research and stay current on consumer style, fashion and trend information and interprets through the work relevant to each brand and target consumer.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience at an Ad Agency and/or Retail In-House Creative Department 5 years preferred.
- Leadership and people management 5 years.
- Computer Proficiency: Macintosh, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CS4 and CS5, Sketch app, Workfront and InVision.
- Proven Success in communicating design expectations and strategic intent to creative staff preferred.
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or equivalent combination of education and work preferred.
