Uno Studios is seeking a talented and creative Content Editor to join our dynamic team. We specialize in producing engaging social media content and are looking for someone who can bring our vision to life through expert editing and motion graphics.

As a Content Editor at Uno Studios, you will be responsible for editing and enhancing multi-media content, with a focus on creating visually stunning and engaging videos, photos, and audio content. Your role will involve working with raw footage, audio files, and photographs, transforming them into polished, shareable content that captivates the audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and optimize social media video content for various platforms
• Create and implement motion graphics to enhance video content
• Apply speed ramps and other dynamic editing techniques to increase viewer engagement
• Edit long-form podcast episodes (60-120 minutes), including sound mixing, noise reduction, and post-production enhancement
• Perform professional photo editing and advanced color retouching, including:
  • Skin tone correction and enhancement
  • Color grading and batch processing
  • Removal of imperfections and distracting elements
  • Lighting adjustments and exposure correction
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all content meets brand guidelines and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media content, video editing, and photo retouching techniques

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing, particularly for social media platforms
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• Strong skills in motion graphics creation and implementation
• Experience with speed ramping and other advanced editing techniques
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for professional photo retouching
• Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Audition)
• Strong understanding of color theory and retouching techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Excellent eye for detail and aesthetics
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Own laptop with necessary video editing software installed
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements
• Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, speed ramping skills, photo retouching, and audio editing
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics software
• Experience with podcast production and audio post-processing
• Proficiency in AI-powered editing tools such as:
  • Midjourney, DALL-E, or similar AI image generation tools
  • Adobe Firefly and Adobe Generative Fill
  • AI-powered audio cleanup and enhancement tools
  • AI video editing assistants and automation tools
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new editing technologies
• Experience with emerging content creation tools and willingness to explore innovative solutions
• Understanding of batch processing and creating editing presets for efficient workflow
• Knowledge of AI-assisted color grading and retouching techniques
