Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or a related discipline and over one year of related experience or equivalent combination of formal education/training and experience
  • Working knowledge of design and experience in varied media (digital and print)
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) and Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and to troubleshoot problems
  • Ability to estimate time, materials and approximate costs for various jobs
  • Ability to prioritize work and perform with relative independence
  • Must have a portfolio to show

Responsibilities

  • The Graphic Designer is responsible for maintaining consistent company image and brand recognition at EIS
  • They are responsible for overall concept development and the execution of creative deliverables
  • This position will work with product managers, designers, and our digital team
  • Balancing creative thinking with analytical skills, this associate will work with the team to successfully translate concepts into visual expression to drive customer engagement
  • Creates the designs, layout, production and organization of emails, website collateral, social media content, brochures, flyers, magazine ads, tradeshow materials, and various other projects
  • Develops design mockups and wireframes for website design enhancements
  • Organizes the timeline for development and execution of projects
  • Supports external facing brand deliverables by creating, updating, and distributing materials appropriately
  • Prints and manages branded literature to be distributed company wide
  • Collaborates with the creative team to create videos
  • Actively partners with marketing and product management teams to ensure that all work is consistently executed across all communication and sales channels

Purpose of the Job
