Responsibilities

• The graphic designer will be responsible for designing a wide variety of assets for the business
• Creating graphic design for assigned projects that include, but are not limited to, logos, social media graphics, website and landing page design, video graphics, promotional print materials, business signs, etc.
• Creating absolute artistic insanity, to generate diverse options to begin the creative process
• Collaborating with our creative director, content manager, and CEO on direction, ideas, intent, and overall vibe
• Presenting a wide range of graphic designs to the creative director for feedback and approval
• Thoughtfully implementing existing branding strategies into graphic design requirements

Qualifications

• Experience as a graphic designer, ideally for website, branding, and social media materials
• Willing to work locally out of our studio in central Boulder
• No art degree required; a large portion of our team dropped out of college, so we don't really care about a diploma
• The ideal candidate is actually passionate about graphic design; please do not apply if graphic design was a last resort for you because your parents told you that you would never make money in the arts
• Willingness to openly communicate, take feedback, and vibe with your teammates
