Graphic Designer
Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.50/hour, paid weekly.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Location: Hybrid - Boulder, CO 80301. Currently in-office 3 days per week, subject to change.
Duration: 1-Year Contract.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and creating packaging and product artwork to support manufacturing requirements for the Boulder Packaging & Labeling Operations Innovation Group. This role involves meeting customer specifications while ensuring standardization and compliance with design standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop packaging and product artwork, including labels, lidstock, and display box designs.
- Support formal artwork approvals and maintain packaging labeling development procedures.
- Review and verify vendor proofs, make corrections, and communicate changes to ensure printed components align with approved artwork.
- Manage multiple projects, handle changing priorities, and maintain deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal departments and cross-functional teams to resolve issues during the artwork development process.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Significant experience in graphic design production.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Proficiency with design software, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience using MAC operating systems.
- Familiarity with label printing applications.
- Previous experience in medical device labeling is preferred.
- Strong production/packaging design expertise.
- Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) on a Mac.
