Your Impact

We’re seeking a visionary Senior Surface & Graphic Designer to lead the creation of cutting-edge patterns, prints, and graphics that bring our products to life. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the entire design process—from trend research to production-ready tech packs. This is your opportunity to combine your creative expertise with your passion for fitness and fashion in a role that truly makes an impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Innovation: Spearhead the creation of trend-inspired graphics, patterns, and all-over prints for our fitness accessories.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of fashion and color trends through market research, shop visits, and competitive analysis.
• Tech Pack Creation: Develop detailed tech packs to ensure seamless production of your designs.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with product development, marketing, and production teams to bring concepts to life.
• Branding & Merchandising: Contribute to creative direction, branding strategies, and product merchandising to elevate our collections.
• Software Expertise: Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to create, edit, and refine designs.

What You Bring

• Proven experience designing graphics for the apparel or accessories industry, ideally with a focus on fashion-forward, trend-driven designs.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Expertise in creating tech packs and collaborating with production teams.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, color theory, and consumer preferences.
• Bonus: Experience in branding, merchandising, or marketing.
• A stellar portfolio that showcases your creative aesthetic and ability to anticipate trends.
