Position Summary: We are searching for a Graphic Design Supervisor who excels in both creative design and collaborative leadership. Experience in print design is a must, as you will play a critical role in both executing and leading projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and inspire a team of designers.
• Lead huddles and regular 1:1s to support and motivate your crew.
• Establish best practices for efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize job flow.
• Partner with sales reps and customers for stunning design solutions.
• Prepare flawless print files for production.

Salary: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years in graphic design.
• At least three years of proven leadership experience.
• Previous experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Preferred Qualities & Characteristics:

• Reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated.
• Fluent in Adobe Illustrator CC, knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop CC.
• Good communicator, both written and verbal.
