Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple signage projects from inception through installation. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining excellent client communication and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage multiple signage projects, from design through production, delivery, and installation.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with project managers, engineering, production, installation, and sales teams to develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
4. Identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Utilize project management software (Monday.com, Microsoft Excel, etc.) to track progress, budget, and timelines.
6. Conduct regular project status meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards.
8. Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to junior project management staff.
9. Continuously improve processes and methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management in the architectural graphics and signage industry.
3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP) required.
4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
5. Leadership and team management skills.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
7. Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Trello, or similar.
8. Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
10. Knowledge of ADA industry standards and best practices.
