Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (Custom Graphics) Job at Confidential G

We are seeking skilled and experienced individuals to join our Project Management team. Both Project Manager and Senior Project Manager positions are available, offering opportunities for leadership and growth.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and installation, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Oversee quality control processes and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Senior Project Manager Additional Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple complex signage projects simultaneously, from design to installation.
• Mentor and provide leadership to junior project management staff.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
• Conduct regular status meetings with teams and stakeholders.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management (10+ years preferred for Senior Project Manager roles).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com or Trello.
• Knowledge of ADA standards and best practices is a plus.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Travel as required to meet clients, oversee installations, or manage site-specific needs.
