Summary
The Senior Influencer Marketing Manager role is an opportunity to drive huge impact with end-to-end development and leadership of Zevia’s influencer program. They will be at the forefront of pop culture, creative, social media, influencer platforms and trends, connected and comfortable operating in the current zeitgeist for the purpose of creating relevant, cut-through content and finding others who can do the same, in turn designing and delivering winning plans accordingly.
To be successful in this position, one should have strong experience leading, measuring and optimizing influencer programs, and be a strong relationship builder. One should also thrive building in an emerging and fast-paced environment.

- Develop and lead Zevia’s influencer program, by creating and aligning a clear strategy to reach new audiences and deliver against key KPIs, laddering up to the broader Zevia strategy.
- Prospect for new influencer platforms, channel strategies and capabilities tracking in-line with overall Influencer and marketing budgets.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with external content creators to support the company’s goals and initiatives, as the company’s main point of contact for influencers.
- Author strategic, detailed briefs, concept campaigns, and identify potential integrated marketing opportunities to inspire creative ideas that leverage the full scope of influencer marketing.
- Collaborate across departments to leverage influencers for all marketing efforts.
- Build out full-scale campaigns, leveraging both influencer-specific acumen and marketing analytics to structure impactful collaborations.
- Work with Brand Marketing on campaign approvals and collaborate with Creative Design on achieving the look/tone/feel of the brand.
- Develop and own measurement and reporting structure for program performance to evaluate and demonstrate the impact of the Influencer program and advise on future optimizations to meet business goals.
- Drive actionable insights by overseeing data tracking, insights, analytics platforms and competitive landscape (this role is “part art and part science” – requiring strong analytical skills and business sense, combined with the creativity and intuition required to produce disruptive campaigns and content).
- Drive legal, financial, and administrative needs associated with Influencer program including contracts, campaign timelines, payments, vendor onboarding and invoicing.
- Oversee, forecast, and manage the spend across the whole influencer program.
- Recommend breakthrough ideas that go beyond pure sponsored content to enhance our influencer marketing and execute with excellence.
- Track and synthesize ongoing trends in influencer marketing to ensure we are best in class.
Requirements
• Strong proven track record of at least 5+ years leading influencer marketing to drive results at an agency or brand, with knowledge and POV of what “works” and doesn’t work.
• Strong comprehension of performance KPIs and the ability to leverage data to assess the impact of your programs and pull-out actionable insights.
• Passion for influencers and social media, including deep understanding of all social platforms, interest in the latest trends, and ability to propose innovative opportunities that put Zevia at the forefront of culture.
• Is culturally fluent and passionate about diversity and inclusion.
• Must be proactive, accountable, collaborative, flexible, and welcome change with resilience.
• Exhibits a “get-stuff-done” attitude and is willing to stretch outside their role to help the broader team.
• Experience in CPG and/or Beverage a plus.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours and must work 40 hours each week. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
This position may require 25% travel, as required.

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
