The objective of the Student Programs at Nexteer Automotive is to select students with high potential and provide them with "real world" work experiences. Work assignments expose students to many of the company’s products, processes and procedures. Assignments are designed to assimilate acquired classroom education with actual hands-on work experience in a technical environment. In addition, Nexteer Automotive gains the opportunity to find new talent to enhance productivity while providing students exposure to full-time career opportunities.
Job Summary:
Nexteer Automotive is looking for a student who will intern with our company the summer of 2025. This position will assist our US Division Communications team with Graphic Design projects, working with both internal clients and community partners.
Responsibilities May Include:
Photography, Copyrighting, Event Planning tasks
Working within the Adobe Creative Suite
All equipment to perform job successfully will be provided
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented and demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership
Strong verbal and written communication, including ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
Special Skills Preferred:
Fluent with Adope Photoshop and Illustrator
Photogaphy and Videography skills
Education:
Candidate must be enrolled at a 2-year college or 4-year university
Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelors in Graphic Design (preferred), Marketing or Communications
Candidate must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on 4.0 scale
