Call Center Implementation UI/UX: The candidate must have working experience in designing UI/UX from scratch for Health care Call Center applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Defining requirements while working with business users.
  2. Creating wireframes and prototypes.
  3. Designing the UI/UX for the call center from scratch, including:
    1. Defining business/user workflows.
    2. Designing UI/UX according to the needed workflows.
    3. Designing data sharing mechanisms and escalation mechanisms.
    4. Development of the UI/UX.
    5. Integration with external systems.

Project Requirements:

  1. Integrate with the LA Care Phone system to help identify callers (Cisco).
  2. Store contact, case, and activity information related to all calls.
  3. Integrate with internal and external data sources (web services, batch integration).
