Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 years' experience with UI/UX design and implementation
• Applicants for employment for this position must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Quantinuum. (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)

We Value

• Masters/PhD degree in Computer Science or field related to Human Computer Interaction
• Ability to demonstrably improve UI/UX interfaces, ability to communicate how it was accomplished and the improvement measured
• Demonstrated ability to work with subject matter experts to deliver impactful changes to UI design
• Experience using standard prototyping tools
• Proficiency with software testing and deployment tools

Responsibilities

• Design and develop efficient, impactful user interface designs and contribute to their implementation
• Work with Marketing, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to improve user experiences
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve the reliability, availability, and maintainability of our quantum computers through improvements in the user interface
• Work with a diverse team including Physicists and other engineering disciplines to solve complex problems
• Create high quality code and designs in an R&D and rapid prototyping environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Incentive Eligible Salary Range: $119,000 - $197,000
• This role offers employment benefits, including health care, 401k, vacation, and sick time
• Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
