Job Responsibilities:

  1. Mix of UX Researcher and UX Designer skills and experience.
  2. Lead the overall UX (User Experience & Accessibility) workstream for project within core team, ensuring the SaaS platform is configured for the company to effectively organize and structure the content to optimize the user experience.
  3. Conduct Usability Testing for the solution.
  4. Participate in recruitment, interviews, surveys, test cases development, best practice methodologies, data-driven (quantitative and qualitative) results development and documentation, negotiations of results and actionable insights with technology vendor.
  5. Act as the company UX advocate for both user experience and accessibility requirements during all phases of the project delivery, including solution design, development, user acceptance, sign off, deployment, and hyper care.
  6. Responsible for evaluating, reviewing compliance, and implementing Accessibility functionality for the SaaS platform, working with the technology vendor to raise the maturity level of their compliance to 70% or higher, along with other relevant standards.
  7. Work with technology/implementation vendor to ensure SaaS platform is fully compliant with the company brand guidelines and naming conventions.
  8. Organize and lead design thinking sessions to develop Journey Maps and Personas based on user research and defined objectives, as needed.
  9. Consult with the UX lead for compliance of work products and quality standards.
