Dice is hiring: UX Designer in Charlotte

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
2. 3 years of experience in UX Design
3. Expert proficiency with Sketch and/or other design tools
4. Basic understanding of design system theory and execution
5. Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to take an established design language and work with UX Architects to extend the language
6. Portfolio of completed design projects

Responsibilities:

1. Identify flows and features for new and existing digital products
2. Work closely with product management and development to ensure requirements are complete
3. Work in Figma to create wireframes, designs, and prototypes

Required Experience:

1. Figma
2. Experience with ticketing software (JIRA)
3. Ability to effectively communicate and present designs
4. Supply chain experience

Disqualifiers:

1. Only banking experience
