Job Summary: As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll work with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to shape the user experience of our products and services by leveraging your advanced knowledge of experience design principles. Your impact will be significant in the design, architecture, and functionality of our products, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers. You’ll work with our various product streams and feature teams and actively contribute through the whole development process from inception to realization, spanning concept exploration, user research, and high-fidelity feature development alongside the engineering teams.

Essential Duties:

  • Design and develop elegant UX solutions to specific interaction/interface opportunities and ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms while adhering to industry best practices.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of information architecture, storyboarding, and workflow to solve technical requirements and challenges. Create user-centric designs that enhance navigation, findability, and overall user satisfaction.
  • Ideate and prototype to explore different options, including unexpected, but still workable solutions.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis and user research and communicate how we are using that analysis to inform UX design for our products and features.

Education & Experience:

Candidates should have a background in relevant design disciplines, with experience typically coming from areas such as Computer Engineering, Information Architecture, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or UX Design. You should have worked through numerous product and feature development cycles, typically with 5 or more years of relevant experience.

Certificates & Licenses:

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced skill in developing design solutions and frameworks using modern development tools and technologies, including platforms such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Tailwind.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as frameworks such as React.
  • Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies.

Compensation: $95,000-$125,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
