Job Description
Title: Sr. User Experience (UX) Designer
Duration: 6 months (may extend)
Summary:
We are seeking someone with a passion for user experience design to assist us in developing our next generation of web-based software products. As a part of the UX Design team, you will assist in defining and executing an iterative UX development process to design & prototype future web-based products.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product teams to uncover business needs, develop design strategies, and communicate your design solutions.
- Design and specify the product experience using iterative design techniques including design studios, customer interviews, and usability testing.
- Produce design deliverables such as sketches, scenarios, wireframes, mental models, and prototypes.
- Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually.
- Accountable for the quality of work, delivered within agreed procedures and timeframes and focused on internal and/or external customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to work in a cross-discipline, open and creative team.
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering the best user experience possible.
- Experience in rapid prototyping is a plus.
