Job Description

1. Writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses.
2. May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
3. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
4. May lead and direct the work of others.
5. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. May require a bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience.

Recommended Experience:

• Documentation of Software, IT systems (Databases, Oracle/SAP/PeopleSoft), RFID hardware, user guides, installation procedures.
• Experience with tools such as Robohelp/Help Manual (or similar) and SharePoint (or similar content management).
