Summary:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our Provisioning CoE. You will play a key role in defining and evolving the customer onboarding journey for all SAP cloud solutions.

The Role:

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for defining SAP’s future consumption experience in the cloud. You will create user flows, visual designs, and detailed customer journeys for the customer-facing tools that guide our users throughout the complete onboarding journey.

In this role, you will ensure that we always put the customer experience front and center for all new features and journeys that we are going to release to our users. You will align our new ambitions with SAP’s UX standards and create a harmonized, appealing user experience.

What you bring:

BA/MA/Diploma in a technical field of study
5+ years of experience in designing user interfaces
Proficiency in design tools like Figma and the Adobe suite
Experience with designing experiences adhering to corporate guidelines
Fluency in English
