User Experience Design Associate (f/m/d) - SAP CX Solutions

What you`ll do
SAP Customer Experience (SAP CX) helps build trusted relationships between brands and their customers to unlock a new world of digital innovation, customer value, and sustainable growth. As a User Experience Design Associate at the SAP CX UX Design team, you will work on UX concepts for business applications, ensuring the relevance of your designs while collaborating with application units within SAP CX. You will expose concepts and designs to customers and end users for feedback, define and communicate new application designs, and extend existing concepts. You will be part of an exciting and international design team of about 60 designers who work for the different CX solutions.

What you bring

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interaction Design / Product Design / User Experience Design or related fields
First work experience in Interaction Design / Product Design / User Experience Design/ Visual Design
A portfolio that displays a spectrum of creative design solutions
Good understanding of fundamental design principles and human interaction principles
Good skills in visualizing concepts in a clear, structured and compelling way
Profound knowledge of design software like Figma, Mural, Sketch, Axure, and other tools
Fluent communication skills in English and a collaborative attitude to successfully drive projects across multi-cultural and multi-disciplined virtual teams
Experience with SAP, in particular with SAP CX solutions, is a plus
