Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct patentability analyses and provide legal opinions on patent matters.
2. Prepare and prosecute patent applications in various technology areas, including software, AI, IoT, and quantum technologies.
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their product designs and innovation processes.
4. Draft and review patent applications, claims, and supporting documentation.
5. Conduct prior art searches and analyze competitive technologies.
6. Advise clients on patent strategy and IP portfolio management.
7. Assist in patent litigation and due diligence matters as needed.
8. Stay updated on changes in patent law and industry trends.

Qualifications

1. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
3. Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
4. 2+ years of relevant experience in patent preparation and prosecution.

Preferred Experience
