Amazon Prime Video is seeking a Finance Manager for a highly visible role within the US Prime Video Finance team. This position requires the ability to work cross-functionally and develop new solutions as the business continues to grow. It will require close business partnership on strategy, operations, and budgeting. The right individual will have exceptional finance skills, a strong understanding of Finance & Accounting principles, solid analytical skills, and firm business judgment capable of driving an organization to the right results.

Key Job Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include partnering with finance partners globally to streamline effective communication, forecasting, and variance commentary across the business. Drive financial analysis, prepare reports for senior management, develop performance tracking metrics, and ensure financial discipline and compliance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
2. 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
3. 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
4. 4+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations
2. MBA, or CPA
3. Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
4. Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
