SCOPE AND GENERAL INFORMATION

We are looking for a Sr. Web Developer with Safesoft/FME experience to lead and assist in building integrations to and from Oracle Primavera Oracle Unifier. The candidate must have extensive experience in Safesoft/FME for building RESTful Web Services between various On-Prem SQL Server Environments as well as Hosted licensed products. Strong consideration will be given to those candidates having both expertise in FME and .NET development (C# or VB).

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, configure and implement RESTful Web Services to Unifier between On-Prem and Hosted 3rd Party Systems.
2. Assist RIDOT staff to test and oversee acceptance of Unifier PMIS.
3. Document all integrations, including building Technical Architect Diagrams.
4. Provide training and support to State Staff.

Deliverables

1. Review existing integration strategy for exchanging information between Unifier.
2. Design, configure and implement RESTful API Web Services to Unifier and from external systems using Middleware SQL Server.
3. Execute to Production by deploying all changes for the go-live date including go-live support.
4. Provide post-Production support for 6-12 months.

RESPONDENT QUALIFICATIONS

Consultant Experience must include:

1. A detailed description of any prior experience developing, establishing, managing, supporting FME RESTful API Web Services for Oracle Unifier PMIS Systems or similar system services for public and/or private clients.
2. Experience in .NET RESTful API Web Services development with (C# or VB).
3. A track record of successfully partnering with clients to implement Oracle Unifier and achieve the goals set forth in the contract.
4. Experience working with public sector entities and competence in agile methodology.
