Job Description

Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous service. Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs, including special promotions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous service.
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs, including special promotions.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, service, and repairs.
• Assist in ordering parts and tools as necessary.
• Oversee administration of warranty claims.
• Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work, keeping customers informed of any changes that occur.
• Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer.
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience.
• Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work.
• Distribute work efficiently between technicians.

Requirements

• Dealership experience required.
• Fantastic customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly personality.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance and a positive attitude.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated.
• Able to work with little to no supervision.
• Good multitasking and organizational skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR.
