Capgemini is hiring: Senior UX Designer in Bridgewater

Job Description

• Update existing Figma layouts and Adobe Creative Cloud assets as per client requests typically within short timelines.
• All work is to be done under the direct supervision of the client's design team with secondary oversight from the Digital Marketing agency.
• Utilize industry best practices to help support design decisions.
• Interface with Project Managers and QA team members to implement further revisions as needed during internal review.
• Interface directly with client team to help defend design decisions and discuss any needed revisions.
• Understand and consistently apply WCAG 2.2-compliant design practices.
• Must have a portfolio of client design work that demonstrates an ability to absorb, interpret, and apply client/internal direction.
• Previous experience in digital marketing projects is required.
• Experience in applying and extending Design Systems is preferred.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud is required. Fluency with accessible design (WCAG 2.2) is either required or the candidate must be willing to ramp up on the subject matter very quickly.
• HTML and CMS authoring experience is a plus.
• Should thrive in a collaborative environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and strict design standards.
