Recruiting from Scratch is a talent firm that focuses on placing the best candidate for our clients. Our team is 100% remote and we work with teams across North America, South America, and Europe to help them hire.

Salary Range: $90k - $120k plus 0.1% to 0.2% equity.

You will create a strong content strategy for building user-focused in-product content (templates, resources and guidance for our client's users) and world-class thought leadership content (e.g., build approach and philosophy, resources for target users). You will also drive our client's product marketing strategy across all channels and lay the foundations of an engaged community.

As the first strategic growth hire, you will work directly with the founders on various initiatives and take full ownership of strategy and execution of the growth stream. As a part of this role, you will be able to carve out interesting projects and drive real impact.

Role responsibilities:

  1. Plan, manage, and monitor social channels; grow our client's communities and turn followers into brand advocates.
  2. Regularly publish long-form and short-form content to share our client's product build approach, process, philosophy, and vision with the world.
  3. Iterate and experiment on content in format to drive awareness & engagement.
  4. Lead content strategy to drive acquisition and retention using content.
  5. Work with leading organizations, investors, and operators to build a library of valuable content within the product.
  6. Create shareable and value-adding content regularly to position our client as the go-to platform for presentation and storytelling.
  7. Build a strong community of early adopters (founders, modern teams) and get them excited about our client's vision.
  8. Build engagement within the community and drive community-led content.
