This on-site role is based out of a Loman-Ray office and is your chance to make a significant impact, particularly within the B2B insurance sector.

4. Deliver Excellence: Work closely with clients to implement risk management strategies and monitor claims to ensure satisfaction.

6. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and services to provide the best advice and solutions to your clients.

What It Takes:

1. Experience: 3+ years in an Insurance Executive (Producer) or similar role, with a strong background in commercial lines products.
2. Licensing: Must have Property & Casualty State Insurance License.
3. Client Focus: Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions and build lasting relationships.
4. Sales Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
5. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable analyzing reports and using computer systems to maintain accurate records and improve client service.
