• Drive and support the audio team through quarterly and sprint planning exercises.

• Identify and address risks, driving the team towards successful resolution.

The Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of experience as a producer with a track record of exceptional performance.
• Experience shipping game features within a AAA game studio.
• Working knowledge of agile development practices and their goals.
• Strong analytical mind and experience with project scheduling.
• Proven ability to collaborate with feature leads for production plans.
