Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Associate Producer to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role offers the chance to work on a live game, partnering with designers, artists, producers, and developers to create compelling gaming experiences. It’s an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the gaming industry, contribute to a AAA game with a rich legacy, and participate in daily playtesting while working with creative partners across multiple disciplines.

In this role you will:

• Partner with multiple disciplines to facilitate and track project progress.
• Schedule and facilitate team meetings, manage daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint rituals.
• Oversee sprint planning, bug triaging, backlog management, and team communication.
• Manage dependencies between partners and ensure clear tracking of work.

The Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a gaming environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience organizing and managing meetings, note-taking, and maintaining team status updates.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio Team Services or similar bug tracking databases.
• Strong interest in the gaming industry and a collaborative, self-initiating work style.
• Experience with SCRUM methodology.
