About the Role
Join our TikTok-PGC team and play a vital role in empowering creators around the world! As a Creator Growth Operations, you'll focus on enhancing the experience of professional content creators (PGC) on our platform, driving creativity and innovation in the short video space. If you're passionate about content, have an eye for trends, and enjoy building global connections, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
1. Empower Creators: Lead the onboarding, engagement, and support of a sub-cohort of PGC creators, ensuring they thrive on our platform. Tasks include identifying potential creators, building relationships, and increasing high-quality content submissions.
2. Solve Challenges: Analyze creator needs and pain points using qualitative and quantitative insights. Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the creator journey (tools, reviews, traffic) and implement tailored solutions.
3. Shape the Ecosystem: Plan and execute product features suited to creators' needs. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth execution, provide actionable feedback, and support creators through innovative tools and resources.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to navigate a global, English-speaking work environment.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a strong passion for content creation and a deep understanding of creators' needs. Previous experience in creator/content/event operations is highly preferred.
3. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills; a goal-driven, self-motivated attitude.
4. Resilient and adaptable to fast-paced work environments, with high standards and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Bonus points for being a content creator yourself or a frequent user of international content platforms.
