with extensive experience in the defence or public safety sector to spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies from the ground up. In this role, you will need to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on in the operations, leading everything from go-to-market strategy to campaign execution, while driving revenue growth and market share. Key Responsibilities Go-to-Market Leadership : Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive revenue and market presence. Budget Management : Efficiently allocate resources across marketing initiatives to optimize performance and ROI. Industry Expertise : Leverage your deep knowledge of the defence/public safety sector to develop targeted marketing strategies that resonate with key audiences. Campaign Execution : Oversee integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and generate results for the go to market efforts. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives. Requirements Defence/Public Safety Expertise : 8+ years of marketing experience in the defence or public safety sector. Hands-On Leadership : Proven ability to build and scale marketing operations while being actively involved in daily execution. Go-to-Market Success : Strong track record of developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies. Data-Driven : Ability to analyse and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
