Primary Job Duties: Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple platform, including Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs. Conduct A/B testing to refine strategies for ad creative, targeting, and placement. Analyze data to create actionable reports, providing recommendations to improve campaign performance.
