Who You Are:
A multifaceted team player who goes back and forth between making brilliant work on your own, leading teams on specific projects, and building strong client relationships.

What You Do:

  1. Concept, create and sell campaigns across all platforms (TV, print, digital, social, etc.)
  2. Fire off and develop more and better ideas that hit the client ask more quickly than a mid-level or even senior creative.
  3. Design/art direct for any media.
  4. Lead projects with minimal supervision.
  5. Guide creative teams and help them make their work better every step of the way.
  6. Work well alone, with a partner, and with others on your client team.
  7. Find opportunities to make great work on projects large and small.
  8. Design beautifully crafted presentations to sell your ideas.
  9. Sell your ideas and your team’s ideas internally and externally.
  10. Turn feedback into even better work and help your teams do the same.
  11. Juggle multiple projects, clients, and deadlines without you or your teams dropping the ball.
  12. Nurture, lead, and motivate junior creative talent.
  13. Foster and maintain client relationships.
