Description

Responsibilities
- Complete supervision of his/her accounts or business units
- Lead creative decision making across multiple platforms
- Inspire and lead team of creatives, always pushing for the best work
- Serve as resident expert on clients' business and develop vision for future work
- Own and grow client relationships
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in advertising
- Portfolio website with examples of produced work, including TV and digital
- Experience with broadcast production
- Razor sharp written and verbal communication skills
- Impressive command of craft (art direction or copywriting)
- Strong leadership experience within creative department
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally
- Responsible, humble leadership
