Training Content Specialist Open for Recruitment November 22, 2024-December 8, 2024 Salary: $25.00 per hour FLSA: C Key Responsibilities The Training Content Specialist will work under the direction of the Training Content Manager. Your overarching responsibility will be to provide Luma, our state enterprise reporting planning (ERP) software for HR and finance, tier 0 and 1 support to agencies and employees. Responsibilities include triaging and responding to tickets, answering phone calls, and designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training resources for various finance and human resources (HR) modules for the State Employees of Idaho. This includes areas such as budgeting, procurement, projects and grants, accounts receivables, accounts payables, expense management, HR, payroll, workforce management (WFM), and more. You will design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive set of training resources for finance and HR. This role necessitates close collaboration with your team, seeking guidance from leadership, and engaging with finance and HR process owners and experts.
