We have partnered with a leading pool and spa products company that has been in business for over 25 years. They are family owned and operated, and are seeking an experience Marketing Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will lead marketing initiatives while also overseeing administrative tasks critical to the smooth operation of the marketing department.

Key responsibilities to include:

  • Managing the schedule and coordination of marketing activities.
  • Facilitating Tradeshow and Tabletop planning from start to finish
  • Oversees and develops marketing budgets and expenses, providing updates to leadership
  • Thorough communication between marketing and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Coordinating lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
  • Ordering and inventory management of marketing materials and promotional items
  • Handles general office tasks.
  • Overseeing digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote pool chemicals and water treatment products
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials
  • Creates marketing material to oversee in-house or external visual artist(s) to create brand-appropriate materials in different forms of media
  • Coordinates marketing calendar to ensure selected print and digital placements, seasonal promotions, newsletters, and social media posts are synchronized across all company efforts
  • Works with Operational team to create mockups, artwork, label design as needed.
  • Writes and/ or edits content for newsletters, marketing material, new courses, social media, press releases and other Marketing - related items.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field
  • Five years' proven experience in marketing role, with at least two years in a supervisory experience
  • Minimum of two years 'experience creating digital media- related graphics
  • Must have high attention to detail and be capable of multi-tasking
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Must be capable of to work in a team-oriented environment to collaborate with multiple departments.

Salary: $55k -$65k

Hours: 8AM -4:30PM M-F
