Details for the position are as follows:

• Location: Hybrid (Titusville, NJ) - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
• Pay: $78.25/hour
• Duration: 12-month contract (with potential for extension or permanent conversion based on performance)
• Travel: 10% domestic travel

Job Description:
We are seeking a Manager of Medical Writing, Payer, and Health Systems to join our team on a hybrid basis. This role primarily involves medical writing and collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide scientific responses to inquiries from clients. The ideal candidate will be a PharmD, MS, or someone with a relevant fellowship, who can analyze and synthesize data to generate scientific responses. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare, and payer-regulated environments is highly desirable.

• Analyze and interpret medical data to craft scientifically accurate responses to client inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs and Legal departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Work with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in all medical communications.
• Participate in domestic travel as needed (10%).
• Function both independently and within a team to achieve organizational goals.

Required Skills:

• Education: MS or equivalent in Pharmacy or related science field required. Advanced degree (PharmD or PhD) preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in Medical Information is a must.
• Payer-regulated experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry is required.
• Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings.
• Medical writing expertise is mandatory.
• Real-world experience is a plus.
