Company
A global creative studio specializing in video production and design. A partner to brands, agencies, and artists in creating engaging content and stories that resonate. With a focus on combining creativity and production expertise, we produce a wide range of work, from commercial video and photo to brand design, motion design, illustration, and more.
Our teams are united by a passion for crafting stories that matter. We foster an inclusive, collaborative environment where all voices contribute to the creative process. Every project is driven by integrity, open-mindedness, and a dedication to delivering meaningful work.

Role

Your primary responsibility as a Senior Producer is to oversee all aspects of a project life cycle from start to finish. You will provide account leadership with clients and be a valuable project team member, steering the ship. You will ensure that all work is delivered at the highest quality standard. This oversight requires strategic and successful job setup and ongoing attention to budget, schedule, and communication between all parties.

You lead by example, motivating and inspiring teams to do their best creative work by fostering collaboration and positive working relationships, both internally and externally. Your core responsibilities are rooted in end-end project leadership, strategic program development, resource management, and successful project execution - on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations.

Opportunity

  • Translate creative ideas into excellent creative execution, regardless of the program scale.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from creative development and strategy through final delivery.
  • Develop and run strategic programs with multiple project phases, workstreams, and deliverables.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience and good judgment to plan and accomplish project goals.
  • Deliver multiple, often concurrent projects within scope and above expectation.
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with clients, teammates, and external partners.
  • Serve as an organizational leader, setting professional standards for the team, inspiring, and leading by example.
  • Support Executive Leadership in pursuing new opportunities.
  • Have fun, contribute to a culture of integrity, and dream big.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day of active projects assigned to you.
  • Kick-off new projects, lead scoping and bidding, execute on creative briefs, and provide detailed information to the team.
  • Approach jobs with an awareness and keen eye toward profit and loss, making strategic recommendations that balance the best utilization of resources and profit performance by job.
  • Successfully lead a project team, both internally and externally, actively deciding which tasks to delegate and which to own.
  • Supervise all stages of a project from creative concepting through production, post-production, and final delivery; working in partnership with Line and Post Producers as appropriate.
  • Manage clients and maintain friendly and productive lines of communication at all times.
  • Become fluent in brand guidelines and strategy for each client to establish a trusting relationship between the client and the creative team.
  • Acquire proper internal and client approvals to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
  • Work closely with the Executive Producer(s) on key decisions and negotiations.
  • Partner with internal and external resources to generate estimates.
  • Lead the art buying process by sourcing, expanding and establishing relationships with creative partners - directors, DP's, photographers, illustrators, and more.
  • Effectively participate in creative and conceptual brainstorming sessions.
  • Ensure and maintain responsibility for clean, efficient, and timely wraps for all jobs assigned to your team. This includes accounting reconciliation, archiving, and final delivery to the client.
  • Remain current on company practices and always deliver work "on brand" for the studio.

Requirements (Skills & Experience)

  • A minimum of 5+ years experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or Producer at a creative agency. Proven success at high-quality production and storytelling.
  • Direct experience leading creative strategy, design, and campaigns from bidding through final execution and delivery.
  • Direct experience with brand design and/or brand identity projects as well as video production.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple conflicting priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interface with executive-level clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong team-building skills and the ability to provide meaningful and effective input to a variety of different stakeholders and contributors across a project.
  • An ability to lead communication with internal production resources, external clients, and vendors at all levels and across functions.
