Our Challenge As a Senior UI Angular Developer, Candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to work on complex technical requirements. Candidate will be responsible for managing multiple engagements, prioritizing and resolving complex problems and escalating as necessary, in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Tampa, FL is $110k - $120K/year & benefits (see below).

The Role Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement user interfaces for web applications using Angular. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and guide junior developers in their professional growth. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in UI development and Angular frameworks. Develop and maintain documentation for application architecture, design, and processes.

Requirements: You are: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in UI development with a strong focus on Angular. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of Angular framework and its core principles. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, RxJS) and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

It would be great if you also had: Experience with UI testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Cypress). Knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express) is a plus. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools. Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
