ECS is seeking talented and driven professionals to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). In this role, you will serve as a scientific and technical advisor to ARPA-H-enabling the agency to manage and provide oversight to advanced R&D efforts; help shape future R&D concepts, programs, and solutions; integrate and advance our nation's healthcare ecosystem processes, policies, and enabling technologies; and enable the agency to expand its healthcare and scientific scope into yet unknown areas. As a "systems engineering and technical assistance" advisor, you will provide support to R&D performer teams, Government Program Managers, and stakeholders across the health innovation ecosystem.
What you will do:
Provide graphic design, photography and videography support to ARPA-H: Oversees web projects and ensures consistency and coherence in the brand's visual identity
Applies user experience knowledge for wireframing, prototyping, and user flow for digital products
Curates images for the photography library, develops iconography, and designs PowerPoint and MS Word templates
Films and produces ARPA-H video projects for trainings, event promotions, social media, webinars, and mini-docs
Analyze, interpret, and translate ideas and issues into easily understood, clear and concise statements.
Stay current with scientific advancements
Collaborate effectively within a diverse team: Build strong relationships with scientists, engineers, and other advisors involved in the program.
Communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and problem-solving exercises to drive the program forward.

Salary Range: $75,000-$150,000
General Description of Benefits Intermediate Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience
Demonstrably strong expertise in visual design, website design and information architecture
Expertise in video design, motion editing and cinematography
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and a passion for healthcare and scientific discovery.
U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required per contract.
Advanced Master's degree in graphic design or related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience
Demonstrably strong expertise in graphic design, digital marketing, print design and art direction
Expertise in cinematography and editing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and a passion for healthcare and scientific discovery.
U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required per contract.
