About Rugiet: Rugiet is a rapidly growing e-commerce startup dedicated to revolutionizing men's sexual health and wellness. We are committed to providing innovative and effective solutions to address common men's health concerns. Position Summary: As a Creative Designer at Rugiet, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and creating visually appealing digital assets. You will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality graphics, illustrations, and other digital assets for our marketing campaigns, website, and social media channels. Responsibilities: Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other digital assets. Design and develop marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations. Create social media graphics, banners, and ads. Design website layouts and user interfaces.

Digital Asset Creation:

Create and manage digital assets in Figma, Canva, and HTML. Ensure assets are optimized for various platforms and devices. Maintain a library of digital assets and ensure they are organized and easily accessible.

Quality Assurance:

Thoroughly test and QA all digital assets before deployment. Ensure assets meet brand guidelines and quality standards. Identify and resolve any design or technical issues.

Brand Consistency:

Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all digital channels. Adhere to brand guidelines and style guides.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality assets. Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of digital assets into websites and applications.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer or a similar role. Strong proficiency in design software, such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of HTML and CSS for web design and development. Excellent creative and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity. Passion for design and a desire to create visually impactful work. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare or consumer goods industry. Knowledge of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles. Experience with animation or motion graphics.
