Job DescriptionMarketing SpecialistPosition OverviewSMArtX Advisory Solutions seeks a proactive and organized Marketing Specialist to support our marketing initiatives. This dynamic role is responsible for various tasks, including event coordination, content creation, social media management, and supporting marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to help drive brand awareness and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning and Coordination Plan and coordinate logistics for industry events, client conferences, and webinars, including preparing and shipping promotional materials, conference booths, and event supplies. Manage event schedules and send pre- and post-event communications as necessary. Track ad hoc costs associated with events and marketing campaigns, ensuring budget compliance. Maintain inventory of marketing collateral and promotional items for campaigns and events.Content Creation and Graphic Design Support Assist with creating and editing marketing materials, including flyers, banners, social media posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and presentations. Provide limited graphic design support, ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines. Ensure compliance approval for marketing materials before publication.Digital Marketing and Social Media Management Assist in drafting, scheduling, and publishing social media posts in alignment with marketing strategies and campaigns. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, including social media analytics and email campaigns. Keep marketing materials such as tear sheets and collateral up to date and aligned with current campaigns.Administrative Support and Collaboration Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and preparing marketing reports for executive leadership. Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution of marketing campaigns. Stay informed on industry trends and offer insights for ongoing campaign improvements.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or a similar role, preferably at a Fintech firm. Basic knowledge of the managed account space. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Figma). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as social media, email marketing tools, and analytics (e.g., Hubspot) is a plus.
