What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee $1.5 - 2M in account revenue as the most senior strategic client counsel
- Develop coherent strategies for clients and manage relationships with top executives in technology
- Generate revenue within existing clients by expanding the scope of work and offering new services
- Manage, mentor, and develop staff while monitoring performance and conducting annual reviews
- Represent the employer and key clients at industry events and conferences to build networking opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven ability to build relationships with top-tier reporters and editors for high-impact media placements
- Extensive writing and editing experience with various print and online communications media
- Demonstrated experience in managing a comprehensive strategic communications and marketing program
