Graphic Designer
Large Agent Team (Onward Real Estate)

Responsibilities
•Design various print and digital marketing materials for our agents, including brochures, direct mail, email campaigns, social graphics, etc.
•Collaborate with marketing team members to design corporate collateral, including presentation materials, company newsletters, social media graphics, advertisements, event assets, etc.
•Work closely with the Creative Director to brainstorm, iterate, and execute creative projects.
•Support our agents directly by assisting with their design/marketing needs.
•Maintain and develop the company's brand through consistent, cohesive design and by implementing brand standards.
•Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while keeping assets, workflows, and communications organized.
Qualifications
•2+ years of design experience in a professional work environment with a portfolio of supported work.
•Proficient in Adobe CC programs (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Dreamweaver and After Effects are a plus).
•Strong sense of layout design, hierarchy, typography, and design principles.
•Experience with both print and digital design and a familiarity with best practices and trends.
•Able to self-manage, prioritize, and meet deadlines, follow creative direction, and receive/ apply feedback.
•Detail-oriented and organized.
•Team player with a collaborative spirit and willingness to assist where needed.
•Adaptable and open to learning new skills, programs, and platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be comfortable interacting directly with clients (our agents).
•Must be able to work on-site.
