$24 - $28 hourly

• Design various print and digital marketing materials for our agents, including brochures, direct mail, email campaigns, social graphics, etc.
• Collaborate with marketing team members to design corporate collateral, including presentation materials, company newsletters, social media graphics, advertisements, event assets, etc.
• Work closely with the Creative Director to brainstorm, iterate, and execute creative projects.
• Support our agents directly by assisting with their design/marketing needs.
• Maintain and develop the company’s brand through consistent, cohesive design and by implementing brand standards.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while keeping assets, workflows, and communications organized.

• 2+ years of design experience in a professional work environment with a portfolio of supported work.
• Proficient in Adobe CC programs (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Dreamweaver and After Effects are a plus).
• Strong sense of layout design, hierarchy, typography, and design principles.
• Experience with both print and digital design and a familiarity with best practices and trends.
• Able to self-manage, prioritize, and meet deadlines, follow creative direction, and receive/ apply feedback.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit and willingness to assist where needed.
• Adaptable and open to learning new skills, programs, and platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be comfortable interacting directly with clients (our agents).
• Must be able to work on-site.
