Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and achieve business growth. This individual will lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure marketing campaigns align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Execution:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that align with company objectives.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, manage, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.

  • Oversee content creation, messaging, and promotional materials.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and effective.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.

Budget and Performance Management:

  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Brand Development:

  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency and positioning in all marketing efforts.

  • Identify opportunities to elevate the company’s market presence and competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with strong project management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, social media).

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
